Your music is not AI training data.
Casset uses AI to help organize, search, and explain the songs, visuals, demos, and notes you upload. It does not use your uploads to train generative AI models. Your songs, demos, visuals, notes, and private drops stay yours, and drafts stay private until you publish them.
The promise
Casset uses AI as a tool. Not as a way to take your work.
Artists are right to be careful with AI. The point of Casset is not to replace the artist, copy the artist, or train a model on the artist. The point is to help an artist organize the world around their music so fans, teams, and approved tools can understand it better.
Your work stays yours
Uploading to Casset does not give Casset ownership of your music, visuals, demos, lyrics, notes, or private drops.
Not used to train AI models
Casset does not use your uploads to train generative AI models. AI processing is used to power product features for your Casset.
Private means private
Unreleased songs, raw files, drafts, fan data, and private drops are not exposed publicly by default.
You control access
You decide what is public, what is gated, and what stays private. Approved integrations can be limited or turned off.
Concrete defaults
Trust is mostly defaults. Here are Casset's.
Artists should not need to decode vague platform language. These are the product boundaries that matter when you upload music, test a Drop, sell access, or approve an integration.
Ownership
You keep ownership of your songs, visuals, demos, lyrics, notes, private drops, and fan submissions. Casset hosts and organizes them for your artist app.
AI usage
AI can transcribe, tag, search, summarize, and answer from the content you approve. Your uploads are not used to train generative AI models.
Publishing defaults
New uploads and drafts are private by default. You choose what becomes public, what is gated, and what remains private.
Deletion and export
Artists should be able to remove unpublished material and request export or deletion of account data. Legal retention may still apply to payments and abuse records.
Approved tool access
Future integrations use permissioned access. Public content can be read publicly; private content requires artist approval and can be revoked.
Payouts and fan privacy
Stripe handles payment processing. Fan personal data, payment data, private moments, and analytics are not exposed publicly by default.
How AI helps
AI should help artists organize. Not replace them.
In Casset, AI is used like an assistant. It can help read, tag, search, and explain the work you upload. It is not there to become you, clone you, or train on your catalog.

AI can help transcribe lyrics, summarize themes, and make songs easier to search inside your own Casset.
Visual organization
AI can help describe images and videos so your covers, clips, and behind-the-scenes media are easier to find.
Better answers
Your Room can use approved context from your Casset to answer fan questions more accurately.
Less manual work
Instead of tagging every file by hand, Casset can help organize the pieces around your music.
Artist control
You choose what is public, paid, or private.
Not every upload should be treated the same. A finished song can be public. A private Drop can be for paying fans. A raw demo or fan submission can stay private. Casset keeps those layers separate.
Public
Released songs, public visuals, public links, and approved profile content can be shown publicly.
Fan access
Private drops, paid unlocks, holder-only content, and unreleased previews can be limited to the fans you choose.
Private
Drafts, raw files, private notes, unapproved moments, payment data, and fan personal data stay private.
