Casset is built around music ownership, playback quality, and creator control. This page explains the product-level privacy promises in plain language.

AI processing and model training

Uploaded music is not used to train generative AI models. Casset may process uploads with AI-assisted tools for features like timed lyrics, visual workflows, moderation, and playback preparation, but those feature workflows are distinct from training a model on your music.

We do not sell uploaded music to third parties for AI model training. We avoid claims like "no processing" because playback, lyrics, waveforms, storage, and visual rendering all require limited processing to make the product work.

Playback Processing

Uploads may be transcoded, cached, analyzed for waveforms, and prepared for smooth playback across profiles, rooms, feeds, and exports.

AI-Assisted Features

Casset may use AI-assisted tools to support features like timed lyrics, visual metadata, and release workflows. These tools serve product features, not generative model training on artist uploads.

Storage

Creator media is stored so Casset can host releases, stream audio, render visuals, and restore saved work. Deletion and account requests can be sent to support.
